Mindy Kaling has spoken about working with Meghan Markleon her upcoming Netflix cooking show, called With Love, Meghan.
Speaking from the red carpet to E! News at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards, The Office and The Mindy Project star, 45, said she loved having the Duchess of Sussex, 43, cook for her.
She said the appearance came about after Meghan, the wife of Prince Harry, shot her a text one day asking if she would be interested in appearing on the show.

“I had had my baby, and I think I was, like, two months postpartum,” Kaling told E! News on Live From E!: Golden Globes.
“And she texted me and was like, ‘Do you want to be in my show?’ And when you hang out with Meghan, you know the food is gonna be good.
“And so, it’s just nice to have someone else be cooking for me. And I was like, ‘I’ll come to Montecito and have you cook for me and go to your garden.’ And that’s what we did.”
In the trailer for the upcoming show, which is set to premiere on January 15, Kaling is seen talking to Meghan in the kitchen as she does some baking.

“What? This is probably one of the most glamorous moments of my life,” Kaling hilariously says in the trailer as Markle laughs and cuts her a slice of decadent cake.
Meghan recently shared a trailer for the show and told her followers that she is “excited to share this” with them.
She shared a clip on her reactivated Instagram account, @Meghan.
“I have been so excited to share this with you! I hope you love the show as much as I loved making it,” she wrote.

“As ever, Meghan,” she added.
“I’ve always loved taking something pretty ordinary and elevating it,” she says in the clip.

Meghan recently thrilled fans and surprised royal watches by reactivating her Instagram account, @Meghan, but sharing a beach video to mark the start of 2025.
In the clip, she writes “2025” in the sand while smiling at the camera.

Comments have been turned off her social media account.
The former Suits star previously had a lifestyle blog, called The Tig, which she soon deactivated after meeting Harry.
Harry and Meghan also still have their official Sussex Royal Instagram account.
